Alright so these kids have been making their rounds on the webs. We first saw them over at the sky was candy doing a cover of Video Killed the Radio Star and that’s pretty awesome as it is. Still, I had my doubts. That is, until I saw this:
Kelsea & the gang does Peach, Plum, Pear awesome justice.
Sometimes I throw around the word kid - it’s become part of my own native tongue when I am referring to anyone remotely human, but this time I mean it, from the bottom of my heart. These kids are 16 (mandolin), 17 (harp) & 18 (bass) respectively, all soon to leave the microcosm that is highscool.
If you’ve not yet whet your appetite after that video, there is more footage on the YouTubes (albeit poorly recorded), and then some info over here at TheirSpace. Thankfully all this internet fame has given them the opportunity to work in a studio and release their debut which will be called: One And Counting.
One trouser? That’s harsh.

also!! their second song reminds me of that Syd Barrett song Here I go fron the album The Madcap Laughs where he’s all like… “kinda catchy. she’s pretty cute, don’t ya know. and after a while of seeing her smile, i knew we would make it, make it in style…”
only with a harp and less acid.
yee haw!
